I have 17 years experience in the lending and real estate industry. I have served as a mortgage loan processor, mortgage underwriter, mortgage underwriting manager, loan fulfillment team manager, property manager, short sale listing expert, and REO Listing Agent.
Financial Resources: I have the financial resources to maintain several homes; including repairs, maintenance, utilities, and re-key.
Property Management: I am experienced in maintaining REO homes. I have a list of vendors if necessary, that supply interior cleaning, landscaping, trash out and repairs as necessary.
Response Time: I am always quick to respond. All properties are visited immediately with a visit in less than 12-hours to assess the occupancy. Locks are re-keyed upon vacancy ASAP. Our goal is to have an offer with 1 week and close escrow 30 days after offer has been approved.
