With a sixteen-year career in the real estate, property management, and mortgage lending, Chris Plumb our Team Leader is a dedicated Real Estate Professional with the knowledge and experience to help clients.  Chris holds a California Real Estate
Brokers License. Chris enjoys helping homeowners and future homeowners.

Chris holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and utilizes strong interpersonal communication skills to help  reach theimmediate, long-term, and short-term real estate goals of his clients. High levels of customer service are important to Chris, and he strives to ensure that each individual benefits from his experience.

Chris believes in surrounding himself with good people. He created CTR Agents, powered by Connect Realty, Inc. to serve the community in Real Estate. 

Outside the office, he enjoys a good movie, but his prime leisure time is spent with his wife, two sons, and daughter. Chris is committed to being of service wherever possible and is a great believer in the value of life and family. It is through serving others that true happiness has come in his life.
